Yoga Fridays: Restore & Relax

About the Event
Yoga is the journey for you, through you, to you. But the journey requires YOU to be present.
- FRIDAYS 6p EST: Restorative. Gentle. Slow. Restores the body to help the body rest, heal, and restore balance.
- SUNDAYS 9:30a EST: Alignment. Pose to Pose. Smooth. Meditation in Motion.
Both classes includes pranayamas, asanas & relaxation including meditation/affirmations to open, strengthen, balance, increase stability & mobility emotionally, physically mentally & spiritually. Yes. All of that in one hour, #SpiritPosse!
Bring to Class
- Yoga Mat/ Towel.
- A chair if unable to be on the ground.
- Water to drink.
- Yoga straps and blocks if needed. A towel or belt strap can work too!
